Check that your live service page shows correct services, prices, hours and available appointments. Open its URL in a private mobile window while logged out. A customer should not need your administrator account to see booking options.
In the Instagram mobile app open Profile → Edit profile → Links → Add external link (some Android versions say Add link). Paste the full https:// address, add a descriptive title such as “Book an appointment”, and save. Labels can vary by language and app version. Return to the public profile and check that the link appears.
1. Open your Instagram profile from another account. 2. Tap the link and confirm the right site opens without login. 3. Choose a service and, if offered, a provider; verify the price. 4. Check that time selection works on a small screen. 5. Complete a test only on your own authorized test calendar, verify the confirmation, then remove the test entry.
For example: “Haircuts and beard care · prices and availability in the link below.” In posts or stories say “Choose your appointment through the link in our profile.” Do not promise instant confirmation if bookings require manual approval.
If you can measure them, compare link visits, confirmed bookings and appointments actually attended. Hypothetical example: 80 clicks and eight confirmed bookings gives 8 / 80 = 10% bookings per click. This says nothing about profit. Troubleshoot incomplete booking flows before increasing promotion.
This guide uses an ordinary profile URL, not a native Book now partner integration. Instagram availability and menu names may change. Consult the current Help Center and test the interface on your device.
